A Project Manager is the primary liaison with the Owner and Architect on a day-to-day basis.  He is responsible for the schedule, budget, quality management and team relationships.  He works closely with the on-site personnel including the Superintendent, Project Engineers and Office Clerk.  The following are some of the duties of a Project Manager:

*  Complies and follows up on subcontracts/ purchase orders.
*  Prepare and updates required master schedules.
*  Conducts subcontractor/ supplier pre-award meetings.
*  Conducts weekly owner/ architect meetings.
*  Estimates and submits requests for changes and issues appropriate subcontractor change orders.
*  Assures project closeout is preformed accurately and in a timely manner.
*  Conduct in-house pre-construction meeting & review pre-job planning checklist.
*  Develop project budget & submit budget reconciliation with original Project Budget Control and generates Project Budget Control changes throughout the job.
*  Review subcontractor/supplier pay applications for accuracy & process timely.  
*  Prepare & submit monthly Dantex pay application to the Owner
