Delivery Methods

Project Delivery Methods

We have the experience and ability to deliver projects in a wide-variety of methods.  This can include CM, Design Build, General Contractor, and many others.  To read about the most common methods please visit our delivery method page. We are not limited to any delivery method and will certainly work on any system a client would like.

Scheduling

We develop a detailed schedule which includes preconstruction and construction activities and tracks progress to ensure that all deadlines are met throughout the project.

Project Coordination

Dantex develops a strategic plan specific to each project.  We provide cost controls, schedule, value engineering, and construability expertise during the preconstruction phase of a project.  We can also provide help with negotiations with subcontractors, and or private entities.

Budgeting, Bidding, Cost Control

By utilizing the most up to date computer technology and strategic subcontractor partnering we are able to produce accurate budgets.  During the budget development, we also can provide value engineering to help keep the cost of the project down.  We also handle changes to project scope by using detailed unit pricing in order to control costs.

Scheduling Project Management

We mange our projects with an experienced staff.  Our staff in combination with computer software maintain quality, solve problems and keep the job on track.

Other Services

Dantex can also offer a wide range of other services.  This also can include recommendation of a qualified architect or engineer, furniture and communication coordination, existing building evaluations, due diligence for land purchase, negotiations with private and public entities and anything else a client may need.  We also provide design for pre engineered metal building systems.
